Straighten your teeth, We offer Invisible Ways to straighten your SMILE..
It’s never too late to look and feel your best. In today’s world, problems like crooked teeth, spaces between the teeth or teeth that stick out can decrease your self-confidence. Although most adults seek orthodontics for cosmetic reasons, many also seek treatment because of jaw dysfunction, excessive wearing of teeth and gum or hygiene problems. Our approach is to concentrate on straightening teeth and on achieving harmony for your teeth, jaws and face. By focusing on the bigger picture, we achieve straight teeth, a healthy function of the jaw joints, a more pleasing appearance and long lasting results.
You can choose from whether you want a fixed or removable option to straighten your teeth:
1. Invisalign (Removable) – “Brace yourself”
Get the beautiful smile you’ve always wanted.
Invisalign is the nearly invisible way to straighten teeth without braces using a series of custom-made aligners. And it’s been proven effective in clinical research and in practices nationwide. So whether your teeth are crowded, too far apart or have shifted since wearing braces, you’ll have a new reason to smile.
The latest technology makes it possible Upon an initial examination, your dentist decides if Invisalign is right for you. Your dentist will write a treatment plan and take moulds of your teeth, which are submitted to Invisalign. Using the latest advances in 3-D computer technology, Invisalign carefully translates your dentist’s instructions into a series of precisely customized aligners. You then wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, moving your teeth, gradually – week by week, millimeter by millimeter – until you’ve achieved the intended result: straighter teeth. Generally, you visit your doctor no more than you would with braces and the length of treatment is about the same.
What are the primary benefits of Invisalign ?
  • Invisalign is clear. You can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing.
  • Invisalign is removable. Unlike fixed braces, you can eat and drink what you want during treatment. You can also brush and floss normally to maintain good oral hygiene.
  • Invisalign is comfortable. There are no metal brackets or wires as with fixed braces to cause mouth irritation, and no metal or wires means you spend less time in the dentist’s chair getting adjustments.
2. Inman Aligner

With the introduction of the Inman Aligner, you can return your teeth to their ideal position with minimal hassle, expense and time.

You can have a straighter smile in SIX weeks with the revolutionary Inman aligner.

• Is the Inman Aligner comparable to Invisalign ?
No, the Inman Aligner is used for treating the top and bottom front teeth only. Invisalign can treat full arches (all your teeth).
• Will treatment with the Inman Aligner be uncomfortable ?
No. Due to the gentle but steady orthodontic forces generated, the appliances are easily tolerated. Your dentist may suggest Paracetamol for the 1st few days of treatment if you encounter any discomfort.
• Will the Inman Aligner affect my speech ?
Yes. The Inman Aligner will affect your speech for a week or two. You will however adjust to the appliances over time and be able to speak fine with them in place.
• Will I need to see the dentist frequently for adjustments ?
The Inman Aligners are pre-programmed to reduce the need for appointments. Your dentist will prescribe a treatment due to your needs.
3. Tooth coloured braces (Fixed to your teeth)
The ‘metal mouth’ look is ancient history. We use clear ceramic brackets which appeal to those who do not want their braces to be noticeable. With white wires and translucent brackets the natural beauty of your teeth may shine through during treatment
4. Invisible Brace (lingual appliances)

Lingual braces are a new generation of orthodontic appliances for image conscious people. It is particularly suited to anyone who does not want everyone else to know they are wearing braces – they are truly invisible..!! The term ‘lingual’ refers to the attachment of a brace on the inner surfaces of the teeth, inside the mouth where it cannot be seen.

Also, our clinic uses the latest CAD/CAM technology to set up your lingual braces so that they fit your teeth as accurately as possible. This technology has the added benefit of reducing your treatment time.
Lingual braces are suitable for most people (even teenagers).

• Can anyone have orthodontic treatment ?
Age does not limit the use of braces.
If your teeth and gums are not healthy, braces are not suitable.
• How long is the treatment ?
The treatment time will vary depending on the complexity of the problem. Each treatment is based on a comprehensive and individually personalised treatment plan. The treatment can take anywhere between 3 to 24 months.
• Will I be able to clean my teeth ?
You will need to spend more time to keep your teeth clean. It is important to maintain a good standard of oral hygiene. This will mean that you will need to see a Dentist to have your teeth cleaned professionally every 3-4 months during treatment.
• Do labial braces hurt ?
The braces may be uncomfortable for the first 7-10 days. During this time:
  • You may take pain killers to reduce the discomfort.
  • You may place wax over the brackets to reduce the irritation to the tongue.
  • We recommend that you maintain a soft diet.
• Will I be able to eat normally ?
During treatment you will need to avoid eating any hard, sticky or chewy food. Everything you eat must be cut into small pieces.
• Will it be stable after treatment is complete ?
No orthodontist can guarantee the stability of orthodontic treatment without a retainer. We want your beautiful smile to last forever. At the end of treatment you will be provided with retainers (included in the cost) to protect your investment in your teeth.
5. What will happen at the first appointment ?
The first appointment will take approximately 30 minutes. At this consultation we will assess your treatment needs and discuss a provisional treatment plan. We will show you photographs of similar case we have treated so you can understand the different types of orthodontic appliances. This appointment will be followed by a letter outlining the proposed treatment and treatment fees.
